Reading this archive

This record defines the electrical targets of the current Amp One prototype. The datasets are synthetic sample data: they represent our design targets in the shape they will be measured, not measurements themselves. They will be replaced with calibrated bench data on the validation unit before any commercial claim is made.

Every chart carries the sample watermark, CSV filenames end in -sample, and this page is excluded from search indexes until the data is real.

What is shown

  • THD+N vs output power: the classic bathtub — noise-dominated on the left, distortion-dominated approaching clipping. The floor in the middle is the spec we are protecting.
  • SINAD vs output power: the same information expressed as signal-to- noise-and-distortion ratio, the form we use for comparing revisions.
  • Noise-floor spectrum: inputs shorted, volume at reference. This is the graph that matters with sensitive speakers — hiss is a design defect, not a character trait.

Raw CSVs are linked under each figure. All filenames carry the -sample suffix so synthetic data can never be confused with measured data downstream.
